Administrative matters, course overview

2. Linear Programming
Optimization concepts and formulating linear programming problems, graphical solution techniques, the Simplex algorithm, sensitivity analysis

3. Networks
Graph theory, network flows and cut-sets, activity networks and critical-path scheduling, other network problems

4. Integer Programming
Formulating integer programming problems, branch-and-bound method for pure and mixed integer problems

5. Multi-Objective Programming
Formulating problems with multiple objectives, constraint and weighting methods

6. Nonlinear Programming
Convex and concave functions, unconstrained optimization, Lagrange multipliers, Kuhn-Tucker conditions
